So not a fan of the silicone sounds, especially with the mat finish... seems to create a higher friction within the urethra, OUCH! However, this glides right in and it may take you a while to work this through your prostate gland, but its smooth, without noted defects or sharp edges. Totally recommend, not for beginners though due to the curvature and length. Added to my growing collection and within my regular rotation of use, recommend for intermediate and advanced users.
